Living over 1600 miles away, I never know if what I ask for is understood or perceived the way I imagine when I order by a phone call. Which by the way is a simple task with the customer service I receive. I have ordered several times from BYU Campus Floral and each time my daughter has taken a picture and loves her bouquets (I have too). My grandchildren have also enjoyed their stuffies, balloons, and other “goodies” that I have ordered for them. Thank you

The miss that helped me over the phone was so friendly and yet professional. She made the arrangement and it turned out beautiful. My mom loved it!
