If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My new favorite florist! I needed to send flowers for a funeral and my sister in law recommended BYU Campus Floral. They were so kind and professional. The arrangement was beautiful! They delivered the same day and sent a picture of the arrangement. They followed through with everything I asked and sent a receipt with what I had requested written on the sympathy card. You might be thinking “all florists do that” but I have sent quite a few for several funerals over the years and very seldom have the florists followed through with everything, including a detailed receipt emailed, a photo, and such a gorgeous arrangement.
